Innovation happens here at EBAD in our Engineering Innovation Garage and Rapid Prototype Machining Center (RPMC). We quickly iterate designs by using our SolidWorks™ design software coupled with our ability to directly integrate models with our 3D printers and RPMC equipment.  This gets parts in the engineer’s hands quickly, which shortens the design cycle lead time.

The engineers choose to create either 3D printed parts from our Innovation Garage 3D printer suite or machine parts from our extensive machining capabilities in the RPMC. Our 3D printers range in tolerance capability and materials to meet a range of prototyping needs, as well as range of machine shop equipment including a 5-axis CNC mill and a CNC lathe.  Greater than 70% of our development parts are produced in-house.
